Delivery
We offer delivery nationwide or pick up from our warehouses (Auckland, Hamilton or Christchurch only).
Freight costs are additional to the cost of the furniture.
Delivery will be quoted to you at the time of the sale.
In general, local delivery of a standard set in the metro areas near our four showrooms, ranges from $120 to $200. Outside these areas, freight will depend on the size of the furniture and your location and will be quoted for you. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping or delivery.
Please note, items will not be delivered or made available until full payment is received.
Before placing an order, please check the dimensions of our furniture and measure any access points on your property to make sure it will fit. Most of our furniture comes fully assembled and boxed.
Purchasing in-store:
You will be offered one of the following options: our own delivery service, pick up, or furniture freight depending on your address.
After the sale, our delivery/warehouse team will contact you to make the necessary arrangements. We will need to gather information from you about access to your property (for example, stairs or narrow entryways), any special requirements and a suitable time.
We have a dedicated van and delivery driver based in Auckland servicing Hamilton, Tauranga and beyond. We will do our best to accommodate your requests regarding where the furniture is placed but can only guarantee ground-floor delivery. In some instances, we may require help from you for larger/heavier furniture.
Delivery prices include the delivery to premises only, they do NOT include rubbish removal or installation. Most of the furniture comes fully assembled, however, some items do require basic assembly.
Purchasing online:
Please enter your address at checkout to see shipping rates based on your postcode. If a rate is not available for your area or you are unsure, please contact us for a quote.
The shipping rate does not allow for very rural or remote destinations or places with difficult access. We can generally deliver to all areas but may need to pass on any extra costs incurred if this is the case. Or you can select local pick up as your shipping method if you are based in Auckland or Christchurch and collect from the warehouse.
Following checkout, we will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for delivery and gather any necessary information for the carrier. Delivery is to premises only, (ground floor/gate). You will be responsible for placing the items in their desired location. We only use reputable furniture delivery companies.
Pick-Ups:
Pick-up is available from our warehouses in Auckland (Rosedale) and Christchurch (Upper Riccarton).
Pick-up is also available from our Hamilton showroom (Te Rapa), but incurs a charge of $80 as the stock is held in our Auckland warehouse and needs to be transported to the showroom.
Tauranga pick-up is currently NOT available, as we do not have the space to store the furniture or the manpower to help load up your order. Knowing this, you may wish to call us to book your order for a hassle-free delivery, from $150.
If you are picking up, please bring adequate help to assist in loading the furniture. Due to health and safety, we cannot offer our staff to assist with heavy lifting.
Inspection on delivery:
Please check all boxes carefully on delivery. Alert the driver immediately if there are any issues, and notify us as soon as possible. We recommend unpacking boxes within 2 days of delivery and checking your furniture. Please keep all packaging if there are signs of damage, as occasionally happens, and take photos for claims purposes.
We understand that sometimes you are not ready to use the furniture, if for example you are waiting for a build to be completed, and wish to store it for later, but please open and check the condition before storing. We are then able to make a claim at the time.
